Admission Procedure and Eligibility
School Programme (Class 6 to 12)

    Admission to School Programme is based on past perfomance in previous class. Further more It is based on Interview taken by the coornitor to find out the level of gaining. A student should register in one of the Class, depending on the Last Passed class. Admission procedure in school is a smooth process that inclueds PI and General Skill Finding Questioneries to find out the Key Skills of a Child. In Admission, Historical Performance and family background also helps to narture the students.

    Procedure of admission

    • Advertisement given regarding issue of application forms, important dates etc., in all leading newspapers all over India and notified in the Gramodaya website.
    • Applications can be obtained from obtained by post from Gramodaya or obtained through online.
    • Counselling and PI starts from 15th of the June month
    • Publication of Admission in websites and School Notice Board.
    • Commencement of Classes.
UG Science Programme (B.Sc.)

There will be no entrance examination for admissions.

Candidates will be called for an counselling in the order of merit based on:

  • The aggregate of total marks secured in the +2 / Higher Secondary Examination.
Admission in Hostel (only for Boys of School and College).
  • The allotment of rooms will be made by the Chief Warden based on the application submitted by the candidate.
  • Admission and continued stay in the hostel depend upon the academic performance, good behaviour and conduct of the student.
  • The student should stay in the allotted room for one complete semester. Change in rooms in mid-session is not possible.
  • The hostellers with chronic medical problems will be asked to vacate the room immediately as personal medical care by parent / guardian will be necessary.
  • If a student is expelled from the School/College for any reason he/she should immediately vacate the hostel on the day of expulsion from the School/College. His / her continuance in the hostel will be treated as unauthorised occupation.
  • The hostellers themselves are personally responsible to safeguard their belongings. They are not to keep large amounts of cash or valuables like gold, costly wristwatch, cell phones, computers or any type of Electonics items , in their rooms. These Items are Strictly prohibated in the Hostel. Faulter will be expelled from school and hostel immidietly. They should also take care of their purse, calculators and books. In case of theft or loss of any items it should be reported to authorities. The hostellers are advised to keep their rooms, boxes, suitcases, cupboards, etc., securely locked with good quality locks.
  • Continuation of stay of a student in the hostel is subject to the discretion of the administration.
